Council hall at the Imatra Town Hall provides a dignified venue for meetings, seminars or education events. A modern conference technology and comfortable surroundings guarantee an successful event.
50 seats with tables. Side rows with 50 more seats. Total capacity 100 people.
The Town Hall is fully accessible. An accessible toilet is located at the same floor. There is a hearing induction loop in the Hall.
Audio system, video projector, projection screen, computer ja flip chart.
Use of the sanitary rooms is included in the rent.
The renter may use the wireless network.
Electricity and water costs are included in the rent.

Hour: €80
The price includes the custodian services (monday to friday from 8 am to 4 pm). During evenings and weekends, services are charged separately. Venue includes AV equipment and instructions for operating them. Opening and closing doors, changes in air conditioner and alarms need to be agreed separately.
Custodian services:
- monday to friday from 8 am to 4 pm €62/h
- after 4 pm 16 and weekend €94/h
Imatra-based meeting/event organisers and partnership/membership societies (Saita, Satu, Eksote, Ekky) get 25% off the final price with tax.
