Customer service

The customer service point for the Imatra First Snow Track is located at Ukonniemi Arena, right next to the ski track, in connection with Saimaa Sport. The customer service team can help with questions about using the First Snow Track and provides a range of skiing services and equipment under one roof.

At the customer service point, you can get:

• ski passes for the Imatra First Snow Track and up-to-date information on track conditions
• an RFID tag for the equipment lockers at Ukonniemi Arena
• individual bookings for the Ukonniemi Stadium shooting range and ski waxing cabins. See the range fees and reservation guide.
• keys for the ski waxing cabins when required

Saimaa Sport serves skiers in Ukonniemi

Saimaa Sport is a sports shop specialising in cross-country skiing and serves both recreational skiers and competitive athletes. The shop offers cross-country skiing equipment and clothing as well as maintenance, grinding and waxing services.

Facilities for First Snow Track customers

Your ski pass includes a PIN code that gives you access to the changing rooms at Ukonniemi Arena, the toilet facilities at Ukonniemi Stadium and ski waxing cabin 1, which is available for shared use by skiers.

Lockable equipment storage lockers are also available for First Snow Track customers in the lobby of Ukonniemi Arena. See the instructions how to use lockers here.
