Wax cabins & maintenance facilities

• 15 heated waxing cabins equipped with mechanical ventilation are available for private rental.

  Weekdays: €60/day
  Weekends: €80/day or €150/weekend (Fri-Sun)
  Competition events: €170/day or €300/weekend (Fri-Sun)
  Major competitions (e.g., national championships or equivalent): €250/day or €500/weekend (Fri-Sun)

• Waxing cabins No. 2–15 have been cleaned of fluorine residues in accordance with IBU guidelines, and the use of fluorinated waxes is strictly prohibited in these cabins.
• Waxing cabin No. 1 at Ukonniemi Stadium is available free of charge for skiers from 6 AM to 10 PM. Access is granted with a PIN code included in the ski pass. Cabin No. 1 is not subject to the fluorinated wax ban.

• Saimaa Sport also offers ski maintenance services, including full ski servicing, grinding, waxing services, and a selection of waxes and waxing equipment.
